TigraBit Coin (TGR) is a utility token that give holders exclusive benefits to Tigrabit.com

Here are the planned utility functions we aim to integrate into TGR:

  • Increased Rakeback - Provide a rakeback boost

  • Share of Profits - 10% Revenue Share with $TGR Holders

  • Auto-Burn - 10% Revenue generated from the platform will be used to burn token supply

More utitities will be added towards for the token as we grow.

Profit Sharing Info & Theory

Most GambleFi projects only offer token burns from platform revenue, without sharing profits with token holders. We’re changing the game by introducing a profit-sharing model, distributing platform profits directly to token holders.

Detailed calculations will determine the most fair and sustainable distribution rate.

Things to consider:

Most casinos allocate about 20% of their revenue to burn tokens, but many don’t realize that the entire revenue doesn’t actually belong to the casino.

revenue=totalBets−totalPayoutsrevenue = totalBets -totalPayoutsrevenue=totalBets−totalPayouts

Game providers usually take a 5%-20% revenue share from the casino, directly impacting the platform's gross profit.

Furthermore the casino platform has other expenses to be operational such as:

  1. Team Salaries

  2. Hosting Services

  3. Marketing Costs

  4. Partnerships & Affiliate spend

  5. Other operational expenses

This still creates a question: How do we be transparent?

Solutions

After team discussions, two potential profit-sharing models emerged for TigraBit:

  1. Revenue-Based Sharing: Allocate a fixed percentage of revenue, similar to how game providers operate, for profit distribution.

  2. Profit-Based Sharing: Generate detailed expense reports to calculate net profit accurately, then distribute a percentage of the profits accordingly.

Revenue-Based Sharing emerged as the preferred model due to its simplicity and transparency. Calculating revenue is more straightforward than compiling detailed expense reports, especially since many transactions occur off-chain, which could undermine trust within the crypto community.

TigraBit Profit Sharing Model

We will allocate 10% of platform revenue to token holders, with the potential for future increases based on community discussions.

Profits will be airdropped directly to token holders' wallets in assets earned from the platform derived in USDC.

Auto-Burn

In addition to revenue-sharing with token holders, TigraBit will allocate 5% of total platform revenue to burn the $TGR token supply, making it deflationary.

This percentage is open for future community discussions, allowing holders to decide whether to continue burning tokens or convert it into additional profit distributions.

More information on the utility of the token will be shared closer to presale date.
